Product Discovery (Week 1)
We define the core use case, user personas, AI approach, tech stack, and success metrics. You get a full PRD and architecture diagram before we write any code.
Architecture & Infrastructure Setup (Week 1–2)
We provision AWS infrastructure, set up CI/CD pipelines, establish dev/staging/prod environments, and implement auth and billing scaffolding.
AI Layer Development (Week 2–5)
We build and validate the core AI functionality first — the feature users will pay for. This is the hardest part and we nail it before building the surrounding product.
Product Build (Week 3–8)
We build the full product in 1-week sprints with weekly demos. You can give feedback and adjust priorities throughout.
QA, Security & Launch (Week 7–10)

Do you handle the full stack, or do you just build the AI part?
We handle the full product — frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/Python), AI layer (OpenAI, Claude, custom models), database, infrastructure (AWS), and deployment. You get a complete, production-ready product, not just a prototype or an AI API wrapper.
Can you build HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant AI products?
Yes. SLPeace is our flagship HIPAA-compliant product. We implement the required technical safeguards: encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, access controls, BAAs with AI providers, and secure data handling procedures. We can also support SOC 2 Type II compliance engineering for products targeting enterprise customers.
What is your pricing model?
We work on a fixed-price, milestone-based model. After a discovery call we scope the full product and break it into 2–3 milestones, each with a fixed price and deliverable. Typical AI SaaS projects range from $25,000 for a lean MVP to $100,000+ for a full-featured, compliance-grade platform. We don't do hourly billing on product builds.
