What types of workflows do you automate?

Do you use n8n, Zapier, or custom code?

It depends on your requirements. n8n is our primary tool for most business workflows — it's self-hostable, powerful, and much more cost-effective at scale than Zapier. We use Zapier for simple, time-sensitive projects. For high-volume, latency-sensitive, or compliance-heavy workflows, we build custom pipelines in Node.js or Python on AWS Lambda or ECS.

How do I know if my process is automatable?

A good rule of thumb: if you can explain your task as a series of 'when X happens, do Y' steps, it's automatable. On our discovery call we'll audit your current workflows and identify exactly which ones will give you the highest ROI when automated.
